When Back Door BRGR opened, we had five tables and a chef with something to prove. The smell of smash-burger hung in the air on North University Ave and we figured — that's a good start.
Years later, the tables have multiplied, the line has stretched down the block, and the pickles are still done right. Same crew. Same corner. Same appetite.
We're open 11:30 AM daily until the cows come home. Cash, card, and a late-night appetite all welcome.
